This allows for incoming and outgoing calls from the main number and internal calls, whether in the office or working remotely, thereby promoting work style reform and improving operational efficiency. ■ Effects of Implementation 1. Approximately 600 fixed phones have been reduced, allowing employees to make calls using smartphones or PC softphones. 2.
